After 16 years as the Regional Manager for the mid-west and western United States, Dori Carlson has been named Customer Support Manager for Allegheny Bradford Corporation.

In her new role, Dori will be pivotal in providing superior after-sale support for our customers. She will oversee sale of maintenance parts, general customer inquiries, complaints, troubleshooting, and warranty claims. She will also work closely with Allegheny Bradford’s leadership to help prevent commonly reported issues.

Craig Lynn has assumed duties for Dori’s region and will work closely with Dori to ensure a smooth transition.
